for those of you who are on a ketogenic diet or a carnivore diet and you eat some fruit or you eat some honey and you see your blood sugar go to 110 120 130 140 or even 150 I would urge you to take a deep breath and relax that's not pathological it just means that your body isn't used to seeing those sugars those carbohydrates and it will get better over time
