i mean normally um i i don't blood test but i bet i'm ketogenic most of the time you know so if i'm having uh whatever meat that i'm having it's not it's not like we say well let's get you know a low-fat meal you know i mean if anything we're adding fat to it we're adding the bone marrow to it so whatever exists in nature i would say is pretty much what it is um because if you look at the amount of carbs that i have i bet i don't have more if you think about it i hardly have any carbs with breakfast at lunch and then i'm having some carbs maple syrup and some potatoes with dinner but i mean it can't be more than five or ten percent of my daily caloric values
