if we're eating leucine so if we're eating you know protein in the absence of a bunch of insulin like we would get in a ketogenic state you know we're gonna get a small bump in insulin postprandial II if we're just eating a carnivore diet or in a ketogenic state but we're not gonna get nearly as much insulin released postprandial e we're gonna get mostly a signal that's gonna be leucine and we're gonna get em to are triggered but it's gonna be much less and it's gonna be for a short amount of time
