his appetite was pretty suppressed as it often is in keto people and this is where you might have to watch it a little bit make sure you're getting enough food and then he was playing a lot of speedgolf which is one of his passions and he kind of wasn't realizing that he was probably over doing the exercise and not really the nutrition and his testosterone went down when he changed that rested laid off the stuff made sure he was getting enough calories testosterone shot right back up to high school levels
