and the first step on the continuum would be getting rid of all the processed foods you know and the second step would probably be something like a paleo diet get rid of dairy get rid of nuts well like it paleo in an AI P Paleo so paleo would technically just be just be grains and legumes and dairy and then they could progress to getting rid of nuts and seeds and nightshade vegetables what we're doing here is we're successively creating we're iterating around elimination diets and we're thinking when which foods might be triggering you here and I think that's a very very very powerful intervention so people are looking to improve autoimmunity they can go through this iterative process of eliminating foods you know at the end of the continuum I think people could just jump right there and do a carnivorous diet if that's not sustainable or not something that they can get their head around you could go through you know a process like getting rid of the processed foods getting rid of you know dairy and grains and legumes then doing AIP which is autoimmune Paleo which is going to get rid of things like nuts and seeds and nightshade vegetables which include potatoes and tomatoes and eggplant and other triggers and some of the hot spices like the capsicum spices or the green peppers things like that or chilies and then you could go to some like Quito which is gonna cut out even more foods more of the high you know sugar foods like fruit so really almost like a gapps type protocol right like that seems like they've got a decent one
