many of these change a little bit in the setting of ketosis yep and that is the other thing I've talked about before that people need to be aware and I wish the mainstream positions were a little more aware of how some of these numbers might change in a ketogenic state specifically thyroid potentially other hormones definitely cholesterol some of these things may alter and that doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad thing it just means hey your body looks a little different when you're not running on carbohydrates yep
