when you put people on ketogenic diets that the polyunsaturates in their bloodstream go up which you could look as a bad thing or a good thing don't like it much um but but that's what happens and um there's very good papers to show that i don't think it would persist eventually you just get rid of the polypeptides yeah you wonder whether the polyunsaturates are just being sort of released and that eventually it'll change because as i've talked about in previous podcasts humans don't make polyunsaturated fats and all the polyunsaturated fats in our adipocytes are following unsaturated fats that we have stored
