historically for me for context I added carbohydrates back to my diet this is a conversation that you and I had many years ago because when I was strict keto for a long time I had numerous issues and now I find that with a few hours of exercise per day that being paddling sometimes for my life in the ocean um sometimes it feels like that more carbohydrates seem to do do well for me and I don't I don't see anything going in the wrong direction in terms of inflammation in terms of average blood sugars in terms of fasting insulin Etc based on my recent Labs
