in fact I tried myself best not to talk about the plaque as an actress chlorotic black because atherosclerosis implies that it is LDL and fat and cholesterol that is causing the plaque it might actually be a good player trying to go there and repair the injury rather than be a bad player like we have used these analogies so many times before at the scene of the fire there are firefighters they are not causing the fire they are putting down the fire and I am a physician and I'm capable of analyzing literature very good and when I look at the literature I cannot be convinced they on the biochemistry that is being pointed out that the LDL is actually there to cause endothelial injury and that it is not used as a repair mechanism
