supplemental Branch amino acids that's another one I used to be a big advocate for that in fact uh the first supplement company I had uh five years ago we sold a product with brand amino acids in it and then my my current supplement company outwork nutrition we do not have a branched amino acid product because that was basically taking the 3 three branched chain amino acids as an in-workout supplement as a post-workout recovery supplement I still do think there may be a small benefit for delayed onset muscle soreness with branched chains that may be outside of just regular protein but based on the cost and honestly like the the negative impact on taste too because that's the leucine's horrible right
