i'll even take rucking meetings where i'll toss in 20 pounds or something and i'll just walk around while on this i know i'm gonna have to be on this phone call or i could go outside and have a light load and get it all taken care of there and sneak in a bunch of steps with some weight on my back and it's very easy to flow into life and it's like if you were if you know you're already going to be walking the dogs we'll just toss on a pack and all of a sudden that becomes a lot more effective
