I think of rucking is an adjunct to that but not the primary mover and I just wouldn't want anybody rocking thinking now I can check the box of bone health I don't think it's sufficient
absolutely um again any load-bearing activity is beneficial the greater the load the greater the benefit so um walking is great but you know I mean walking is reasonable better than swimming or cycling but rucking is better because you're under more load
