i do think diversity is an important thing but we have to be very careful with measures of diversity because just having a high alpha diversity isn't always the answer because you can have lots of bad bugs but in general probably an alpha diversity that's higher is better if you don't have an overgrowth of gram-negative aerobic that's just the thing
