you know we could also say i think the plant-based notions that meat especially red meat or ruminant meat whether it's from a kudu or an eland or a giraffe or a zebra contribute to cardiovascular disease don't seem to be born out in these populations either no i think that's fair um you know i think for some reason the the way that the paleo diet um world has moved has been toward a very you know the an interpretation that everything was completely meat based and you know no no no no the calories are hardly in the negative amounts of calories from anything besides meat and i just don't think that the data bear that out at all
