“and so I would say the the conditions that I've seen it have the biggest impact on would be autoimmune conditions as you talked about a lot and also probably gut conditions and and any kind of immune related condition not just necessarily autoimmunity but allergies asthma skin stuff it isn't necessarily autoimmune but you know the immune system obviously controls a lot or influences a lot in the body so something that can have a positive impact on the immune system can have a pretty broad general effect”
