you are fixing it into the soil and there are all of these microbes these little bugs and fungus here and as you said um there are liquid carbon in and exudates and feeds the soil microbes you had guys on this graphic again diana's a wizard here you know is locking up this carbon in the in the ground which we're going to get into microbes in the soil are freeing up nutrients that are useful for the root systems of plants there's a symbiosis here but this is essentially the process of carbon sequestration right plants expire oxygen and then you know basically this is the key point new soil is built through soil microbe life cycles root biomass cow poop and plant uh you know plant litter which is trodden by the cows and that is a that is an ecosystem that has always been happening that's how soil gets to be healthy
