I still don't think I really understand why certain viruses in particular HIV and Hep C are not vaccinated against and I think maybe naively I assumed that the problem with HIV was the rate of mutation and the fact that it was primarily targeting the cd4 cell is that are those effectively the two reasons that we don't have a vaccine against HIV
