he goes through plants studies animal studies and human studies suggesting that ingestion of higher silica waters could mitigate some of this aluminum toxicity
The headline is broadly defensible, but the qualifications matter. Effect sizes vary by population, the strongest claims rest on shorter trials, and credible voices push back on how it's typically framed.

Every Sunday: the week’s new conflicts and verdict changes — and nothing else.
Native comments, Twitter mentions, and Reddit threads about this claim — surfaced together so the conversation isn't fragmented across platforms.
Bookmarking — the dossier-vs-overview split is the right call. Most of the time I want overview; sometimes I want receipts.

i think this silica the ortho silicates theory is quite compelling with regard to aluminum
if there is a correlation between nokoya sardinia and korea loma linda and okinawa and levels of start of silicon water then maybe it's a look at maybe silica is beneficial and there is a compelling case to be made that if you get silica from your water or your food that could be beneficial in ridding the body of aluminum which is often a contaminant in other foods
