yeah so it's funny you say that so as you know I'm really obsessed with grip strength and all sorts of crazy Shenanigans and um um uh maybe about a year ago I started experimenting kind of like training sort of the way that rock climbers do where you're using think only finger strength and um what blew me away was how much weaker I felt all the way through my lats when I would restrict the amount of fingers I could use to pull up
