the only other thing that's changed a lot is that relates so much to the hand as you mentioned it's how we interact with the world is the you know spinal implants and the various types of full muscle transfers that can that can restore function in the hand for someone who previously had no ability to control even a prosthesis these Electro electrical prosthesis now that are linked to the brain and so it's it's cool and so what type of injuries does someone have in the forearm that are are there injuries where they will take a muscle from the leg or something like a Sartorius and attach it there absolutely yeah yeah and it's really intended to just give some primitive function back to be able to flex the elbow for instance or extend the elbow or Flex the wrist
