if you have a dysplastic hip um you are going to get arthritis now it doesn't mean it's going to be symptomatic necessarily it doesn't mean you're going to need a hip replacement but people who have dysplastic hips that is an acetabulum that did not form properly are going to get arthritis it's a mechanical problem where the force are unevenly distributed across that ball and there's Edge loading and that will break down over time no matter what you do
