so you you can get these kind of um you get gram-negative uh and they're they're anaerobic bacteria that kind of they they build up in these pockets in the mouth it's called periodontal disease that's the most common cause that can be a source that's kind of the more superficial that's the one that will kind of go from a good dental clean um but then you have so you can do we do gas testers in our clinic where we test the kind of bad breath and actually there's quite a detailed speciality in south america where they they do all these kind of testing for um for bad breath but it if you get certain time of um hydrogen sulfide gases it's probably coming from the nose so people get post nasal drip that's a common cause and so often you get these kind of hydrogen sulfide gases that are that are giving this bad breath off
