All right I know that one of them first patients came to us with Stage four breast cancer metastases to the bone and she's this is a woman who was willing to look outside the box and try all sorts of things had undergone a lot of chemo and radiation and standard of care and she was frail she looked group variation and gray and week she was 99 pounds but she was determined to make sure she was going to find ways to continue on and we started her on a two tone depletion program and she's been a very good patient she's stuck with it she was I've been in in a wheelchair at some points and her situation right now is she actually lives about 11 or 12 hours that 11 or 12 blocks from our office she walks here she has a walker but she walks here for her treatment and she also has given us reports of after visiting her oncologist that her oncologist has turned to her and said wow I really see what a lot of my patients what the road they're going to have to go through you don't even look like you have cancer it has given us a lot of joy it's very nice to see what's happened with her and that's also as a starting patient has given us a lot of confidence in what we can do and we've seen a lot more since then
