the lengthening and shortening of telomeres may not actually be due to the number of base pairs or actual chromatin in the telomere but the bunching you call the tunneling this idea that deuterium can gather other hydrogen atoms to it and sort of like a molecular magnetism it's not proper physics to say that but it's like a it's an attractive force and it can cause a telemeter bunch
if people really wanted to get longer telomeres which is probably a good thing they should think about deuterium levels in their bodies how to deplete them etc and then retest
