incandescent bulbs, which are now legal and you can get them on Amazon. Again, incandescent bulbs technically also flicker because of an AC current, but they have something called thermal inertia because that little filament in the incandescent bulb is heated tungsten. It's over 3,000° F, and it's like a fire in a bottle. So, it never fully dims. Your eye perceives an incandescent bulb as constant steady light.
