I'm going to take you through everything I do in a day to maximize health span and lifespan. In the morning, I'm going to go get a surf. So, I want to warm up the shoulders, warm up the hips, open everything up. I do that kind of stuff throughout the day. Also, one of the things that I think about is never sitting for too long. I'm going to get up, let my eyes see a far away view, which is good for my parasympathetic nervous system.
