so it looked like the lean body mass gain was statistically significant but not that impressive from what I recall it was like 2 lb yeah so like and then what do they have like inflammation markers which were kind of like stayed the same yeah there was no the only P values to my recollection that were uh statistically significant was an increase in lean body mass to you said about to the tune of about two lounds [Music] um I think there was something else I don't remember what it was maybe a slight change a slight reduction in body fat oh intrinsic biological age so I don't know if you you want to speak to the validity of those tests cuz I think you're there is none okay so I there's none those are those are meaningless um I think there was about a 1% decrease in body fat that was statistically significant if my memory serves me correctly yeah
