are there ever situations where I'll give you an example right so I mean I'm asking I'm going to ask this question obviously on the shoulder but um if a patient came in and had a totally asymptomatic aortic aneurysm of six centimeters everybody agrees you would operate because the mortality of a rupture is enormous and frankly you don't want to wait till somebody's symptomatic that can be lethal so there are certainly indications where we operate on asymptomatic things are there any such indications in the shoulder oh that's a that's a great um great question I would say in general no unless you have obviously a tumor
