the potential flaws of the physical activity guidelines is one potential like looking at long-term like health outcomes, right? Two would be like relying on self-reported data, and that's something that we're going to get into today. You know, when you're trying to ask people to remember their physical activity, and you're going to talk about this a little bit more, um, it's just not accurate. And then the third one would be that it's not it's not actually able to capture um some of these like you know you're playing with your kids or you're you're sprinting around with your puppy right these short bursts of physical activity that do matter right so you're not you're not including that as well.
