so basically this is probably better than a totally uh then a very factory farm beef it's on pasture but then they they'll openly tell you when you ask them so they're not being completely duplicitous this meat that says pasture raised at Whole Foods is fed grains at the end of its life like all grain finished cattle is most grain finished cattle is on pasture and then it goes to a feedlot for the last part of its life where it gets fattened up so it's not really different than a grain-fed you know cow anywhere but they're selling it as pasture rays which is confusing the consumer
