I certainly know the cooking creates compounds that make our brains go a little wild and there's probably some evolutionary origins for that as well and cooking probably provided some degree of Sanitation who knows how much we needed it but it's it's interesting to think like why would we have cooked meat if we could eat it raw or is it for preservation or what are we doing with it but yeah the way that there when I try to eat raw meat I cannot eat it's very difficult for me to eat more than a pound of raw meat in one sitting and that's a lot of them come close yeah that's a lot of a lot of Rami I mean usually it's 10 ounces and I'm done but with cooked meat it's it's pretty easy and and so I wonder about the accessibility because I've always thought well when you cook the meat don't you make it are we mate are we making it it's a question I don't think I know the answer are we making the nutrients more accessible or but probably denaturing some of the heat labile things it's fascinating I
