there are like certain exercises that like for example one for behind his knee because if you just jump straight up and down you don't really have to like pull the ground beneath you you know and if you just do uh you know like traditional weight lifting you could get very strong but not to turn that into horizontal force you have to your leg has to you know it has to cycle around so he there there it looks like there's evidence that for like 20 straight years he continually worked this bodyweight hamstring curl exercise
