what I think what I'm seeing that I find really interesting and Avram alluded to this already is that we're now can do studies comparing the outcome of randomized controlled trials with observational studies and it turns out we've all thought oh the RCT is the gold standard and if it isn't the RCT then forget it I don't want to even look at any observational study I don't care what other field studies I don't want to see any other kind of data if it's not an RCT I'm done and I know you know some scientists have that view what really impressed us in gathering the research we did was that when you look at different methods of Investigation across many different samples many different countries many different times when you start to get a convergence of evidence where you don't just have one outlier here saying oh look HRT is beneficial but know there's a convergence from so many different directions then you can feel a little more secure that you're really on solid ground
