“some of the important questions are how long have you been doing this procedure how did you learn how to do this procedure I mean there's a big difference between saying I've been doing this from the start of my residency I did a 6 year or 7 year residency learning this we did at hundreds of times and then I've done it hundreds of times on my own since then that's a big difference than someone saying well I didn't really learn this in my training but I took a weekend course on how to do this”
