so I have this thing where part of my schtick and longevity is rule number one is don't get hurt right so it's like exercise matters but like don't be an idiot and so you know one of the things I've been fortunate to develop over the years with the help of a lot of great physical therapist trainers and such is a really good sense of the cues that tell you something's not right that day so I'm getting pretty good at knowing when my glutes are not firing and when I'm dumping the weight into my sacroiliac joint or into my lumbar spine
