I think that the the endogenous formation of AG ease that is the most damaging to us I think the indicators that this is happening are things like the median or the mean amplitude glucose excursions so the mage's the postprandial glucose excursions which we can see and we know that postprandial glucose excursions these major events are correlated with endothelial dysfunction probably because of these glycation end-products they're forming in our blood and so that's what's so interesting also for me about a carnivore diet is it when we look at AC GM continuous glucose monitor we don't get any postprandial glucose elevations it's a flat line and I wish there were a better way to measure endogenous AG for me and I've talked with a few people about potentially getting you can get these like ultraviolet detectors of AG's for your skin and I would love to see how that's changing on a carnivore diet and you know test that hypothesis I've used one of those machines and it was it was not reliable tell which one but unfortunately I don't think there's really a really credible aje Reader machine you know available yet I think the best proxy would probably be the postprandial glucose
