And I think a lot of people, they don't have the first one. So, they see a ton of these exercises like the DNS threemonth or um you know, dead bugs or whatever else you want to call them that create kind of deep core stabilization, but they don't see the next step after that, which is okay, now how do I maintain that pillar and that strength and then I get a free shoulder blade or a free hip to move.
