I used to have a lot of experience with apheresis when I was back in the lab and this was super complicated I mean at the time we were identifying we were trying to extrapolate her rather identify lymphocytes so you would put a huge 14 gauge needle in one arm draw a bunch of blood out run through the apheresis machine and basically return everything except the lymphocyte that's serious business like you've got to know exactly what you're doing
