I think we've got a real serious pandemic a true pandemic with the lack of copper in large part because I think there are three elements in our environment that are converging on our bi available copper status it's glyphosate in farming it's a perfect copper cator we have a high fructose diet and I'm not trash talking fruit don't get worried but but people need to understand that fructose is everywhere in the food system now and it's not our friend and all you got to do is pick up any article that rick johnson at uh in Denver has has written it's absolutely amazing what it's doing to our metabolism and then I think the third assault is fourth generation antibiotics H that are designed to kill the bacteria and and what are mitochondria called Purple bacteria and they're affecting our our mitochondrial status and so these three forces are converging and that 100 milligrams of copper is under attack
