I think the onus is on the system I think a lot of it is insurance companies most people are like well I pay health insurance I can do whatever I want because they're going to fix me you know this is like this new thing A lot of people are just like oh I don't care if I'm if I'm hypertensive uh and I'm not talking about people have genetic hypertension just like people got it for becoming overweight um or becoming you know eating high salt diets what have you um if people are thinking well I already paid for insurance they're just going to give me a pill I'm not going to do anything I'm not going to try to lose weight I'm not going to eat less salt I'm not going to eat a Mediterranean style diet I'm not going to go running you know what have you any of these things
