I mean I think when I saw the a little bit of arthritis there I kind of wished I'd done it sooner um knowing what I know today I almost wish I had more pain yeah you know sooner because I I really had a ton of pain 10 or 15 years ago but with a lot of good tissue work and a lot of training I kind of got out of it yeah
because you your subluxation you're so active your subluxation with all the different activities we you already had some arthritis you're already wearing down some cartilage I mean it's it's going to be it's either that or the inevitability of having a shoulder replacement in another 10 years right
I remember some people that I spoke with who said wow you know at your age Peter you're basically 50 you're having a labral repair are you crazy um now of course in in my case I think I don't I haven't lost any Mobility which is not kind of remarkable no no and in fact you know you and I discussed that some right yeah that was one of my biggest fears yeah
