they never give you like yes you have to do this or no you don't have to do they have like a level 1A evidence two two a one B three B all these way are things like we grade evidence like people who've had a stroke or a heart attack level 1A they should be on aspirin that means like the evidence is so strong that it'll prevent a future heart attack or stroke level 2B might be they should be on another blood thinner in addition to it which means it's not as strong but it's probably a good idea um level you know three or C or you know whatever it is it's like please don't ever do this this causes harm
