I see this the one of the most common scenarios is the young um more often female than male but both swimmers right so they're competing and they have a little bit of they need the stability especially if they're doing uh fly and and and backstroke they really need that and they acquire all this laxity in their shoulder and they're so strong dynamically that they're they're fine and it gives them that extra pull that extra inch or two but when they fatigue but they start out fine on a Friday if they have a you know a weekend long match and they have eight events in three days um the first two days they're fine maybe they have a little pain at the end of the second day by the third day they're fatigued and so then they start subluxing then they get all this secondary inflammation and pain and that's when the the damage occurs and they have to sit out and then we have to rest strengthen rehab sometimes even tighten up the capsule when they get so loose
