and so i feel like we have everything we need and that when we start to add shoes we've been talked about this much you add torques to the ankle knee and the hip so when you look at the torques at the ankle knee and hip they are the lowest with barefoot that's like your gold standard and the minute you start to add footwear low heel and higher heel and more athletic shoes with more flares to the outer sole the torques go up
