look the most surprising thing for me from this investigation was how much of a carnivore we still have biologically speaking because we've been you know domesticated for the last 11 000 years and there are some adaptations like the ability to metabolize lactose etc but still you know we have all this for instance this business with the acidity yeah to have high acidity kept for so long when we really don't eat already uh so much uh you know old old meat or whatever uh and all the all the all the the science that i found all the evidence that i found in the biology which i believe by the way is just uh with just scratched the surface if we look more and more and more into it we'll find more and more evidence that we are accountable and so the biology is still far far away from changing from a full adaptation to a an agricultural diet
