i've seen track sprinters where before they even do anything the jaws on the floor and it's you know it's like why what's necessary is that necessary right now you know they're a little bit more sympathetic dominant you know even though they want to feel the alertness before the event it's like i don't know that if you're warmed up that that's really necessary but you know i'm just you know throwing it out there
