so it's kind of like it's like a you know a molecule in the middle and then a bee buzzing around the outside and people may remember from chemistry this may be traumatic for people that this is how atoms in our bodies work at some conceptualization there are nuclei and the nuclei have various amounts of electrons circulating around them and so as you move up the periodic table you gain more things in the nucleus and you gain more electrons and the different orbitals and so a big atom has bigger nucleus and more electrons but we're just talking about the simplest one here and so if I understand it correctly deuterium ISM is an atom of water excuse me of hydrogen that has a proton and a neutron and one electrons so it's doubly heavy because that Neutron has weight
