if you think of your car engine if it has a really thick heavy gluggy oil in it it becomes a lot of resistance for your engine to go and your car is not going to take you where you want to go and what you would do about that is you would pour very thin oil in to dilute that heavy oil out see get the motor going again think of inside yourselves if it does accumulate an overload of datoria m-- or heavy water it goes deterrent are larger remember they're twice as big and twice as heavy which once they get inside the mitochondria they can actually break those little mode motors which starts to slow down our energy production
