I think we also want to investigate why compounds do not work in particular strains because that could tell us something about genetic-specific responses to compounds. And this may become important as you move towards humans where there may be particular metabolic pathways that we want to avoid engaging, or we might have genetic information on that would suggest we shouldn't be treating this group of people.
