even swimming for me now is something that is really a form of stillness so I just started swimming again a couple months ago and I go like once a week and I don't keep track of how far I'm swimming I know I'm not swimming too far I'm in the water maybe 45 minutes to an hour and all I'm doing is swimming I'm not doing workouts I'm not looking at the pace clock I'm not doing intervals I literally just get in the water with no agenda other than to get wet and hear the sound of water going by my ears
